We configure that process in OBE and test it with representative files, including one that does not follow the happy path. Your firm continues to staff intake and make legal decisions unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

We configure OBE for public intake, client portals, lead follow-up, document processing, reviewer queues, matter creation, and case phases. The service covers software and implementation. It does not include a staffed intake department.
02Does the price include every module?
It includes the modules described here. The signed agreement sets limits for seats, storage, document and AI use, support, third-party services, and custom engineering.
03Will OBE staff our intake department?
No. OBE runs the software and configures each case type. The firm remains responsible for its intake staff, service standards, reviewers, and legal decisions.
04Can we start with one case type?
Yes. One repeatable case type gives the team a manageable first project, and configuring it is part of the deployment rather than a separate charge.
